Making an annual training plan for professional athlete with excel or pages. Instructions and an example are uploaded down below.
Has to contain mesocycles, macrocycles, training loads etc. I’ve uploaded one my colleagues work but it’s not very well made, there are better examples in the internet.
I’ve also uploaded the athletes personal goals, strengths and weaknesses so the training plan has to go in line with that a little bit.
Down below is a link to our game schedule from this season which you should use as a base for this work and implement all those games into the annual plan. I’d recommend starting the plan from June 2019 with offseason work (individual technical training, weights, conditioning etc.) which leads up to our pre-season games in august.
If you need to come up with some testing results for the athlete you can just make stuff up!
