Introduction: One of the objectives is to place your organization clearly in the non-profit sector or social economy by explaining what the sector/economy is and how this organization occupies its position within it. The other objective is to understand three main management challenges which your organization faces. You need to give key facts and figures about the sector and the organization. You can include detailed research from your earlier tasks in appendices and refer to them in your text.2. Analysis of key management challenges that you have identified as facing your focus organisation. In order to apply ideas developed on the module, we require that you focus on 3 of the following areas:- Governance, organisational structure and the role of trustees, members or directors- Campaigning, advocacy and stakeholder relations- Income generation and financial management- Marketing, branding and corporate identity- Operational management ie delivery of their core services- Staff and volunteer management- Strategic direction and choicesIn your analysis, you should seek to apply management concepts and ideas discussed during this module to your discussion of the challenges facing your focus organisation. You should explain why these issues are challenging for your organisation, what your organisation has done to meet these challenges and how far its actions have been successful.Your choice of challenges and the framing of your analysis must be evidence based. You can draw on the research undertaken for your research portfolio.3. Analysis of other organisations What learning for your focus organisation can be drawn from your analysis of these other organisations? You should use other organisations on the list for this module.4. Conclusions Your conclusions should follow directly from your analysis they may be part of the analysis from other organizations, or separate, but they should not contain any new analysis or arguments.5. References: a full list in Harvard format6. Any Appendices of your choice (maximum 3 pages): containing any of your own background analysis that you consider important, which you refer to in the main report but is too detailed for inclusion in the 500 words (e.g. you may include your own interim report analysis including ratios or trend analysis, a detailed SWOT and/or PESTEL etc, but NOT raw data, such as newspaper articles).
